Part-Time BCBA (School-Based)

Location: Charlotte, MI

3–5 hours/week on average | ~200 hours annually
Contract Term: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, educators, and families. About the role:

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate BCBA to provide school-based behavioral support services in Charlotte, MI, with occasional visits to neighboring schools in Potterville and Eaton Rapids. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for professionals looking to make a consistent impact with a manageable caseload.

Responsibilites:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide classroom consultation and model behavioral strategies for teachers and support staff

  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, families, and administrators to support student behavior and learning goals

  • Attend IEP meetings and behavior plan reviews as needed

  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Director of School-Based Services to ensure quality care and program alignment

Location:

  • Meadowview School, 1790 East Packard Highway, Charlotte, MI 48813

  • Occasional travel to schools in Potterville and Eaton Rapids (mileage reimbursed)

Schedule:

  • Average of 3–5 hours per week

  • Total of approximately 200 hours over the 12-month contract

  • Flexible scheduling with a collaborative, supportive team

Ideal Candidate

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing. Licensure in Michigan a plus.

  • Experience conducting FBAs, developing and monitoring BIPs, and providing consultative support in school settings

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered practices
