3–5 hours/week on average | ~200 hours annually
Contract Term: July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026
We are seeking an experienced, passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students, educators, and families. Responsibilites:
Provide classroom consultation and model behavioral strategies for teachers and support staff
Collaborate with educators, related service providers, families, and administrators to support student behavior and learning goals
Attend IEP meetings and behavior plan reviews as needed
Maintain ongoing communication with the Director of School-Based Services to ensure quality care and program alignment
Location:
Meadowview School, 1790 East Packard Highway, Charlotte, MI 48813
Occasional travel to schools in Potterville and Eaton Rapids (mileage reimbursed)
Average of 3–5 hours per week
Total of approximately 200 hours over the 12-month contract
Flexible scheduling with a collaborative, supportive team
Active BCBA certification in good standing. Licensure in Michigan a plus.
Experience conducting FBAs, developing and monitoring BIPs, and providing consultative support in school settings
Strong communication and collaboration skills
