Ideal For:

• Current or former Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions

• Accurately record and track session data

• Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other providers

• Support client independence, communication, and skill development

Requirements:

• Prior experience in ABA therapy (RBT certification preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Patience, professionalism, and a passion for helping children with Autism

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months

• Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT course if not already certified

• Services take place in clients’ homes or community settings
