We're hiring dedicated individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes and communities. If you're compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with children providing ABA therapy

• Support development in communication, social, and daily living skills

• Follow treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect and track behavioral data to monitor progress

• Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure high-quality care

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A genuine passion for helping children

• Patience, dependability, and a strong work ethic

• Willingness to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training (unpaid, with bonus opportunities up to $900)

• Commitment to a minimum of 6 months
