Full training provided: no prior ABA experience required, and full RBT certification support provided
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy, using play-based, evidence-backed techniques tailored to each child
Track and record session data accurately
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure cohesive care and treatment plan alignment
High school diploma or equivalent required (some college coursework is a bonus)
Passionate about supporting children, curious to learn, and driven to grow in the field
Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations
Reliable with transportation; a valid driver’s license is preferred, especially for?in-home care roles
Competitive Wage: $18–25/hr based on experience or education level
Raising pay check ups: Regular reviews every 3–6 months and wage increases after certification or tenure
Career Growth: Training toward RBT credential, mentorship, and promotion potential within months
Flexible Hours: Full- or part-time schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends (as needed)
