Department: | Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) |
Location: | Sitka, AK |
We're hiring passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to do meaningful work - and be genuinely supported while doing it. If you’re looking for a role where your clinical skills are valued, your growth is prioritized, and your autonomy is respected, you’re in the right place. Our team is built around flexibility, mentorship, and a shared commitment to clinical excellence.
Start strong with 13 hours of paid training over your first 6 months, delivered through a cohort model. You’ll build community while building confidence in your role.
Expanding your reach? We’ll cover the cost of getting your LBA in any state you’d like to work in.
Work on your terms. You won’t be locked into contracts or specific caseloads. We trust you to decide what works for you.
We understand life looks different for everyone. Choose the working model that fits your lifestyle and goals.
Rates range from $55–$105/hr depending on whether you’re working remotely, in-person, or hybrid.
Work alongside five in-office BCBAs and a team of interns and fellows who are there to back you up. Weekly assessment support with Clinical Directors keeps your work grounded in collaboration.
Our leadership pipeline is real—five of our Clinical Directors were promoted from BCBA roles here.
You’ll have access to a BCBA toolkit loaded with checklists, video models, and guides that are continuously updated based on your feedback.
Stay current without the extra cost. We host free CEU sessions every month on relevant, real-world topics.
Whether you're looking to learn or lead, you'll be part of a strong professional network of fellow BCBAs.
We offer an ongoing training bank to help keep your behavior technicians sharp and consistent.
You have full autonomy over the cases you take on, so your schedule stays in your hands.
