Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team.
• Accurately record session data electronically.
• Foster a positive learning environment and maintain strong family connections.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification (required before starting).
• Passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Ideal Experience:

• ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
• Paraprofessional, instructional aide, or early childhood education roles.
• Special education experience.

Additional Info:

• Services provided in clients’ homes or community locations.
• Positions start part-time.
• Candidates should be willing to commit for at least 6 months to make a meaningful impact.
