BK Behavior is hiring a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our growing clinical team in North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about high-quality ABA services, values flexibility, and wants strong clinical support.
What You’ll Do
Provide supervision and clinical oversight for ABA programs
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure services align with BACB and state guidelines
Requirements
Active QBA credential (or eligibility)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable internet and ability to work remotely (for hybrid/remote roles)
