We are seeking Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to provide services to families who primarily communicate in Spanish. Great entry point into psychology and behavioral health
No experience required — paid training provided
Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions
Implement skill-building and behavior intervention plans
Accurately record session data using electronic devices
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with families and clinical teams
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate comfortably in Spanish.
Willingness to learn and passion for working with children with Autism
Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Reliable transportation
Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based settings
All positions start part-time
Required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
Minimum 6-month commitment required
Education or early childhood development
Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
After-school programs or camp counseling
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
