Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment and build strong connections with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children with Autism.
Spanish-speaking (fluency preferred, conversational required).
Willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Ideal Experience:
Education or early childhood development
Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide
Childcare, babysitting, after-school programs, or camp counseling
Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
Additional Info:
Services are provided in clients’ homes or community-based locations.
Positions start part-time; looking for candidates willing to make a 6-month commitment.
