Are you a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking for the right organization to join?

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.

  • Serve as an important member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.

  • Accurately record session data using electronic devices.

  • Create a positive learning environment for clients and build connections with their families.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm during challenging situations.

  • RBT certification is required before beginning work.

What You Need to Know

  • Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community-based locations.

  • We are looking for candidates who are willing to make a six-month commitment to help change our clients’ lives.

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In

  • Education or early childhood development

  • Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship

  • Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles

  • After-school programs or camp counseling

  • Behavioral health, mental health, or social services

  • ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism

  • Healthcare support roles, including DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver

  • Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
